Machinery Operation Stage

Get behind the controls of 10- and 20-tonne machines.
Only one person can operate a machine at a time, under the supervision of an experienced professional.

Relaxation and Downtime

Enjoy food and refreshing drinks by the lake.
Alcohol is permitted, as the lakeside area is a safe distance from the machinery.

We won’t let the weather ruin your day. Every event comes with a ready-to-go Plan B, and 90% of our programs can be just as enjoyable indoors. So when it comes to BlueBerry, rain is never an obstacle.

Do I need a certain level of physical fitness?

Not at all! This isn’t a boot camp. We avoid physically exhausting activities so that every team member, regardless of age or fitness level, can feel comfortable and enjoy the experience.

How “awkward” will the activities be?

The word “cringe” isn’t in our dictionary. There’s no forced participation or balloon twisting. We create smart, sophisticated experiences for adults, with game mechanics that even engineers and IT teams can appreciate.

How do you involve introverted team members?

By not forcing them into the spotlight. We create a safe and comfortable environment where everyone can find a role that suits their personality, allowing quieter team members to get involved at their own pace and contribute to the team’s success.
