The challenge is to build a catapult that can launch a ping-pong ball in truly spectacular fashion.

To Keep Things Exciting We’ll Add an Unexpected Twist to the Story:
“Money, horse, and materials” will be available in limited quantities.
Each team must manage its “project” within a fixed budget of play money.
Once the planning is complete, everyone goes shopping for the materials they need.
Then it’s time to get creative!
That means actually building the catapult.

The best catapult is selected through multiple rounds of testing. An independent (and incorruptible) jury ranks the entries based on the following criteria:

We won’t let the weather ruin your day. Every event comes with a ready-to-go Plan B, and 90% of our programs can be just as enjoyable indoors. So when it comes to BlueBerry, rain is never an obstacle.
Do I need a certain level of physical fitness?
Not at all! This isn’t a boot camp. We avoid physically exhausting activities so that every team member, regardless of age or fitness level, can feel comfortable and enjoy the experience.
How “awkward” will the activities be?
The word “cringe” isn’t in our dictionary. There’s no forced participation or balloon twisting. We create smart, sophisticated experiences for adults, with game mechanics that even engineers and IT teams can appreciate.
How do you involve introverted team members?
By not forcing them into the spotlight. We create a safe and comfortable environment where everyone can find a role that suits their personality, allowing quieter team members to get involved at their own pace and contribute to the team’s success.
