What Does a Day Look Like When Your Whole Team Becomes a Team of Inventors?

This is how we’ll work together for the future of our planet once everyone has been divided into teams as agreed in advance.

#1. Warm-Up Exercise

To get your creative juices flowing, we’ll show you how to make a wallet out of a Tetra Pak carton. Then we’ll unleash your creativity and let you take center stage!

#2. Distribution of Materials

Teams are randomly assigned the material that will serve as the main component of their creation. This little element of surprise adds an extra layer of excitement to the experience.

#3. Creation Process

The most exciting part of the BeCreative team-building experience! It’s a joy to watch teams come up with increasingly visionary ideas after exploring their materials and gathering information. And that’s not all! They’ll also get to present their groundbreaking product ideas to the rest of the group.

#4. Presentation

Teams present their finished products to one another based on a set of criteria, then vote for their favorites. Those with a knack for sales and a flair for presenting will have the edge!

#5. Awards Ceremony

We’ll celebrate the most promising invention with a round of applause worthy of the occasion. Who will take home the glory, the thunderous applause, and perhaps even the chance to turn their idea into a future patent?

We won’t let the weather ruin your day. Every event comes with a ready-to-go Plan B, and 90% of our programs can be just as enjoyable indoors. So when it comes to BlueBerry, rain is never an obstacle.

Do I need a certain level of physical fitness?

Not at all! This isn’t a boot camp. We avoid physically exhausting activities so that every team member, regardless of age or fitness level, can feel comfortable and enjoy the experience.

How “awkward” will the activities be?

The word “cringe” isn’t in our dictionary. There’s no forced participation or balloon twisting. We create smart, sophisticated experiences for adults, with game mechanics that even engineers and IT teams can appreciate.
