Inspired by Christopher Columbus’s words, “At the edge of the sea, there is no bottomless abyss, but another continent,” we’ve created a team-building experience that brings a fresh sense of adventure to traditional sightseeing, turning an otherwise predictable city tour into something truly exciting.

On the Mysterious City Challenge, you’ll become explorers in small groups:

Explore the landmarks of Hungary’s most famous cities;
Take on a variety of exciting challenges;
Get a taste of fun activities inspired by Hungarian traditions and culture;
And finally, the team that performs the best will be crowned the winner.

Discover How Your Team-Building Experience Unfolds

This is how the program will unfold once we’ve explained the rules and divided everyone into teams according to our prior agreement.

1.) Distribution of Challenge Sheets

Each team receives a seemingly endless list of challenges, making it impossible to complete them all within the allotted time. They’ll have to prioritize! Challenge accepted!

The challenges are all connected to the city’s landmarks and Hungarian culture, with a few extra games thrown in for good measure.

2.) Challenge Phase

The excitement is building! Teams take on the challenges, and every completed task must be documented with photo or video evidence, which they upload to a designated folder via a provided link.

3.) Bonus Point Stations

At key locations around the city, our facilitators will be waiting with fun mini-games for the teams. Successfully completing these games earns bonus points, and even the smallest details could make all the difference in the final rankings.

4.) Return to the Starting Point

Every team must return to the agreed finish point by a set time. The tension builds as everyone wonders whether their performance will be enough to secure the win.

5.) The Winner Is Revealed

No notary required! We’ll tally up the points transparently before moving on to the grand finale: the official results announcement and winner celebration.

We won’t let the weather ruin your day. Every event comes with a ready-to-go Plan B, and 90% of our programs can be just as enjoyable indoors. So when it comes to BlueBerry, rain is never an obstacle.

Do I need a certain level of physical fitness?

Not at all! This isn’t a boot camp. We avoid physically exhausting activities so that every team member, regardless of age or fitness level, can feel comfortable and enjoy the experience.

How “awkward” will the activities be?

The word “cringe” isn’t in our dictionary. There’s no forced participation or balloon twisting. We create smart, sophisticated experiences for adults, with game mechanics that even engineers and IT teams can appreciate.

How do you involve introverted team members?
