How Does the Game Work?

Upon arrival, we’ll give a brief introduction to the rules and divide everyone into teams of 5–15 people, as agreed in advance. Then it’s time for the GAME to begin:

Teams tackle challenges at multiple stations simultaneously.
The competition lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
Each station allows 20–30 minutes to complete the challenge.

Finally, we’ll reveal the winning team in a ceremonial awards announcement.

What happens if it starts raining during an outdoor program?

We won’t let the weather ruin your day. Every event comes with a ready-to-go Plan B, and 90% of our programs can be just as enjoyable indoors. So when it comes to BlueBerry, rain is never an obstacle.

Do I need a certain level of physical fitness?

Not at all! This isn’t a boot camp. We avoid physically exhausting activities so that every team member, regardless of age or fitness level, can feel comfortable and enjoy the experience.

How “awkward” will the activities be?

The word “cringe” isn’t in our dictionary. There’s no forced participation or balloon twisting. We create smart, sophisticated experiences for adults, with game mechanics that even engineers and IT teams can appreciate.

How do you involve introverted team members?

By not forcing them into the spotlight. We create a safe and comfortable environment where everyone can find a role that suits their personality, allowing quieter team members to get involved at their own pace and contribute to the team’s success.
